When you connect your mailbox to Outpost, we'll import the entire email history from that mailbox so you can search for and reply to older emails.
Your most recent messages should appear right away, and then your older messages will continue to import while you use Outpost.

We do not limit the number of mailboxes you can connect to your Outpost account. If you have mailboxes in both Gmail and Office 365, you can connect all of them to Outpost.

Yes. In your account settings, you can control which users have access to which mailboxes.
This is especially helpful if you want to add multiple teams and connect all of your mailboxes, without cluttering the view for each team member.
You can connect any Gmail/G Suite or Office 365 mailbox to Outpost. If you have a mailbox that you like to use for testing, you will be able to connect it to Outpost.
Outpost is layered on top of your Gmail or Office 365 account, so there's no risk of losing any email history when you use Outpost.
When you archive a message in Outpost, it will be archived in Gmail or Office 365. As your team sends replies from Outpost, those replies will also be visible in your Gmail or Office 365 account.
